Since the inception of the Imperial House of Auresia on 1 January 5093, there have been approximately fifty-eight men and seven women to hold the title of Dynast Sovereign of Auresia including the current one. To date, Auresia has had six dynasties of Dynast rule.

The history, traditions and beliefs inculcated in the aristocracy of Auresia by Cephorus I are preserved by traditions that ensure the Empire never forgets its Dynast Father, and maintains the strictures by which Auresians qualify to serve the Imperial Curia.

Males are known as a Dynast Emperor, females as Dynast Empress. It is traditional that the regnal name of each Dynast Sovereign be their given Janessari name.

Upon death, a Dynast Sovereign is remembered posthumously as "Departed Emperor / Empress".

In a full, formal State Declaration, the Emperor will be referred to in the "Imperial Third". For example, a current State Declaration would begin We, Cephorus the Fourth....

Address

One may address the Dynast Sovereign in speech one of three ways -

  • Your Sovereign Majesty
  • Your Majesty
  • Your Grace

In the case of the first two, one can omit the "your" and simply refer to the monarch as "Sovereign Majesty" or as "Majesty".
